Worst of all, they're paying 10k a year for that 'education'.

University is the biggest scam going. It ruins our young people. It robs the men of common sense and convinces the women that they can have it all and will run the world if only they get their degree in gender fluidity, female empowerment and buiz-ness studies. Then they wind up alone in a flai in the city wondering why Bridget Jones is their idol?

Luckily my lass didn't go to uni either.

It's cool to have someone to blame the world's problems on. Important thing to remember is it's their fault and you're better than them...😁 They probably don't even own a doosan with 0% finance!

You've had the stick...covid -19,now you get the carrot....'build back better',reckon you'll be seeing this phrase a lot, funny how Bidens promoting an imf policy document,or is it promoting him?
Same as the bull...'you can have xmas'...if you follow the rules, any one still falling for covid?
Crowds in London certainly weren't yesterday,or the falling infection n death rates after last week's false doom n gloom guess/predictions?

They're killing 15million minks in Denmark because it crossed to them and then back to us. My opinion is they have modeled this thing out and eventually it's going to cross human/animal/human and change to be as just as contagious but legit high% death rate. Theyre hoping to make a vaccine before that happens? Or maybe make sure the rich/corporation/govt get everything they can out of us before that happens? Oh wait now I'm blaming stuff on people! Sorry.

These are exactly the people coronavirus should be getting.
For the record, I no longer ask why are you buying a tree so early. The last time I did I was told grandma wasn’t going to be around for Xmas so they where trying to make Xmas early for her to enjoy. I was going to ask if she was going to Spain for the winter but as the kids with the lady had started crying I thought I had better shut up!!!

Interesting. Last night Cumbria Roads Police tweeted a pic of a new Volvo XC90 police car that had pulled over a little Peugeot.tweet went something like this ." Some folks dont learn even after 2 months practice, car from West Yorkshire stopped on A590 turned round and covid fine issued" ...
So I replied and said I'm worried as I know folk visiting lakes from Lancs how far would you decide to fine us? As guidelines said travel NOT illegal..
This morning no response and their tweet deleted..🙄🙄🤔
Bummer I didn't screenshot it🤬

Had a conversation with my daughter that is planning to come and collect a Xmas Tree. If you are stopped tell them you have a click and collect from the garden centre that has been pre arranged. Again guidelines state no distance on how far you can travel for any of the exempt reasons.

Ive plenty of mates up there and suppliers etc but its all a bit pathetic. its more the principle that gets me. i can survive happily with out going to the lakes for a walk for a few months as I'm in the sticks myself but lot of folk its their lifeline atm..😒
