Love my gb70. Great bits of kit.
Apparently mine arrived yesterday too, but I’ve not seen it yet as am in pissing Bedford...This came yesterday from amazon for a tad over £200 brilliant bit of geara step up from my old one (that works perfectly) so the new one will probably be kept in the lorry

They have a special deal now and again missed the last one but got the heads up this time
Buy a lot of batteries for the price of that.
True but when it’s a machine stuck in a field on a Sunday afternoon that needs moving to a new site for Monday morning it’s worth every pennyBuy a lot of batteries for the price of that.

Tis true but its something you'd need to come across fairly regular to justify, no good spending it just in case.True but when it’s a machine stuck in a field on a Sunday afternoon that needs moving to a new site for Monday morning it’s worth every penny![]()

Low loader work to the customers I have it can happen now and againMust admit it’s something I have done without, I just carry a set of big jump leads and hope I can get my pickup or a dumper close enough to fire up again!
We have ran some 2.5mm twin and earth between vans before to get one going...My brother had a flat battery on his van one night at work after everyone else had left. He jumped it with an 18v drill battery![]()
I once jump started a digger off my car with that when I was snowed in. By the time I buggered about with it my mate was coming up the road with his tractor and snow plough. But then he got stuck and we needed the digger anywayWe have ran some 2.5mm twin and earth between vans before to get one going...
never thought about that Paul![]()
Will be interested in how it fares long term. I kept looking at those as they are damn cheap, but botteld out and went with another R-tech for my smaller mig I bought last year.Im very happy with my new mig. I just finished welding up the rangie and its much easier to weld thin stuff than my last clarke 150 mig.
