Amazing how a hot glob can make it into your boot and down to your toes without burning anything in between.
Had one drop down the cuff of my gauntlet , came to a rest underneath my signet ring ! Once Id managed to get it out it was the size of a 5p! Still got the scar ! 😬

Nice old place this week - but boney though, little 801 had to come out of retirement to do a bit of nibbling for tank hole.

Not often we get it, there is one particular area around us that we find it.......but you can keep your running sand thats no fun for digging in !

Had the pleasure of driving this old girl for the last 10 days, would literally push a house over on tick over, 2 and a bit passes to fill an 8 legger, no aircon and a fixed seat, all good fun

Finished off the rocky job ....tidied up good enough for the gardeners later in the year, riddle bucket on the 8t came in as we riddled about 20 dumper loads of rock away to leave us with something half decent to work with, trenches all ended up 3ft wide thanks to the rock.
Both machines and all buckets back to yard tonight and cleaned off ready for Idig install in morning (y)

in the cab out of the dust and heat with the aircon on, its been mid 30's today.

Didn't do much today because I found something unpleasant in the ground so went home:mad:. It was a interesting place though. Must have been 10-15 meters between mateys house and the Clif edge

Gave it a wash today, weird seeing the orange and grey on the arms, rather than all the grease 🙈 going to try and make a conscious effort to wipe the excess grease off as I go rather than having a few cartridges worth all over the paintwork
