Mini digger rock breaker capability

Greeting gents, I’ve a cottage I’m going knocking to build a house and there is an above ground rain water harvesting tank which also needs to go.
It is a reinforced concrete open top tank with 9inch walls and I assume the floor is 4-5 inches.
The size is 4m long x 3m wide and about 1.6m high.
I’ve an Ex60 myself buts it’s not hammer piped.

If I was to hire a 3ton mini digger with a rock breaker would it be up to the job?

Other option is my neighbour has a 20ton machine with a breaker but I’d hate to ask him to move it for such a small job and it can be hard to get him to take any payment.

Had a 3 tonner at mine the other day on a 6" slab with mesh. Was hard work for it. The little 1.9 I'd hired had no chance.

Time spent messing around be cheaper to pay the haulage along with some cash and booze

It depends on perseverance
I lifted 25 square meters of 8 inch reinforced concrete in my back garden with a screwfix own brand electric breaker
It just took a while (like 3 weeks) but I didn't have anything better to be doing and only cost 150 quid for the breaker
