Anyone used these guys, aka NP Structures . Thinking of buying a product from them but never seen anything of theirs so quality and service at question as ever.

Is it a tunnel you’re after?
Not used them but I’ve done a few tunnels from First Tunnels and they were good quality.
from what I remember I was recommended both First Tunnels and Northen Tunnels as being a good shout

No it was one of those aggregate canopies, been thinking of it for a while in where we'd struggle to get planning for anything.

Got most of our tunnels off them and iirc had no issues dealing with them and the tunnels seem to be decent

Just an updates on NP Structures, we ordered a shelter off them at the end of May and was quoted 5 week delivery, 6 month on and still hasn't all arrived, when I call up they say it's scheduled for delivery in 2 weeks and can only apologise for this. but it still hasn't arrived

Yes we got a quote from them , looks a decent product but was half as much again in cost. In hindsight would have been better off going with them.

Just an update on this, we were due delivery this week but it did not arrive, I've called them and they were going to check it out and get back to me. Got an e-mail (not a phone call) saying the parts wont be ready until first week in December. If this was ordered in September I might be more understanding.

I'd be talking to my bank, back charging the payment and cancelling the order ........ before they go tits up

Still not arrived in full it was promised in November, didn't arrive. Was told 16 dec, not here yet. They tell me some parts to arrive and will be early January. The worst thing is they keep saying they will speak to someone and call back to me but never call back. It was ordered with the understanding 5 weeks delivery. That was is May. 7 months ago. I'll be having a trip to Yorkshire on January if it don't show up!

Everywhere I looked at beforehand had praise for these guys but it's certainly not the experience I'm having with them. If only they come out and told the truth with whatever the issue is. One person I got on the phone in November suggested to me it's difficult getting steel. I had to tell him I regularly order loads of steel between 2 and 6 ton and comes in 4 or 5 days, you've had over six months! Lies. They don't seem to give two fcuks, every I manage to get through to someone on the phone they say they have to speak to someone and will call right back but never do. They don't reply to my emails. If they think I'm just going to go away if they ignore me they will find out it's not the case.

That's crap...getting back to someone is No1 rule in business in my opinion.
