Conditions were perfect for a rake, seed and backblade- this blade float on the e27 is actually really handy.Rain will settle it perfect on this sand.
Batters are a bit rough as getting sloped off further later on

Cut the topsoil, stocked it up, cut and fill the subsoil then topsoil back on. Day with a mate and his 3cx plus E27 and bucket/grading beam.

Bad camera shot, was just a quick one I took to send the client. The area is flat, if you are referring to the bottom right then that’s actually the bank slightly above the dig.is the water not going to want to stand in that hollow corner Doob?
There is however a seepage line when it rains, which is why the job was delayed for weeks. Once dug and with a little bit of rain, the whole area was OK except for this seep where I was walking along and went in over my ankles! It might be OK once turfed but then again I might end up putting in a drain to catch it. We'll see.
