Volvo fitter came yesterday & replaced spool’s , difference in machine is night & day now!

Glad it’s sorted, shame It got to having to shout about it, but that happens more often than not

Glad you got it fixed, seems an easy enough fix too. It’s a pity they hadn’t just done that straight away, would’ve saved them looking like a bunch of *****.

Glad to see Volvo sorted the issue, we ran a Volvo EC55 C and really rated it. Only sold it to upgrade to a bigger machine and an older small machine. I would recommend them to anyone. Shame it took others and social media to highlight the problem but Volvo sure responded which is great to see. Also shows what an effective tool the forum is along with the kind of members we have who are always willing to help others out. Success I'd say
