But tbh I don't disagree with there cause in that otherwise I'd not of gone on hire. They did get asked pretty explicitly on the first communication what it was about etc. I don't agree with dumping rocks but to be fair I equally think if we are going to stop UK fisheries from working in those spaces then perhaps it's the best option to stop others abusing it?

I can see How some owner ops get left behind on pricing, steady away busy, no need to mess things up, then you get a price for a new machine which was 30k more than your last one and your in a pickle!!

Whereabouts in the country are you? Similar prices to what I got. Even off a local firm that runs a few. Maybe the one man bands keep pressure on the prices. Another local firm say 480 for 8t 360 with 60 quid each way haulage.
