Welcome to the CCP...... Sany SY18C

[JD450A]

It's arrived.

If anyone from Sany is looking and wondering why they didn't get to sell me an SY75C all I can say it's it's entirely on your end.

As it happens it's worked out better for me. I was more than keen to use your product and have a brand new one..... But as it happens we have been fortunate to have a far better deal.

You're gonna love that VA boom mate.

Got a first job in mind for it?

Plenty of progress pics please…

Mad how you’ve gone from wanting a basic mono boom machine to having a VA with offset! I think you’ve made the right choice though.

Not a choice thing. More of a available option

Couldn’t live without mine!!

Nice hope it serves you well, 5300hrs on mine and touch wood its been brilliant.
Lots of va lovers on here so better be careful they dont think im saying it because I dont own one but I would definitely want to try one before buying, the standard boom is such a well balanced machine with the tilty on that it would be no good to spoil that stability, grading and reach work which you tend to do a lot from one spot with a tilty on is top drawer.
Look forward to seeing how you get on with it

I'm not a VA lover and she is nose heavy. However the reach afforded puts it on par with the TB175 which is a big decider.

Not used much today as setting out with the mighty Kawasaki KFL300. Sat in it for a bit. I do like the creature comforts.

Got just shy of a KM of hedges and ditch to put up so we will soon tell all.

Be interested to see how you find it. Does look very boom heavy.

Lighting package is good.

Drives nice but front heavy. Also do not like the offset boom position in all honesty.

Few tweaks needed as the hitch will pick up my buckets. Also making a 3' off a old ford 550 bucket (new unused) as I think the size is right for this.

Way way better than my JCB lights!

I think we change the name of this thread, before it gets tainted with too much quality

Should have gone for a mono boom!

That track-kingpost clearance is tight!?

That track-kingpost clearance is tight!?

Always said that about the et65, very tight when it’s got new rubber tracks on!

Get the hoof trimmers grinder on it

Nice machine, A friend of mine has a 13 tonner and so far its been a great machine . Think you wont need your Terex 860 now so you can sell it to me not forgetting that white ones resale is less than yellow ones!
