Competition claim filed against housebuilders

I think there shares are down around 80% over the last 5 years. Travis Perkins are only down 68% over the same period.lorrabucks - £5M a month .... see how long you or I would last losing 1% of that a month for 6 months

On another note. The building safety act comes into force shortly. In Cheltenham it will add a Levi of £31.25 per m2 to every new build. It would appear this is to fund defective cladding after the Grenfall diaster. Nothing like getting the lying corporates responsible to pay!!

The government plans new powers to tackle late payments to small businesses, including a ban on withholding of retention payments, a cap on payment terms and mandatory interest on late payments.
