Heritage bus fair today. Found one of @V8Druid old cranes?! Not quite but have seen him mention the name. Some lovely old buses there and a few passing steam and diesel trains.

There's a good clue beneath the lieb logoThis on same job today. Asked the guy what it weighed. Asked my apprentice to guess he said 6t then Asked the other bloke who's with us he said 500!Not sure what i would of guessed think I'd of been closer.

it's probably on their version of Demag's 'Megatrack' spendies .. hydraulic ... will drop the machine as low as it'll go ... pop his jacks out and down and pick the whole machine weight off the ground, onto the pads - will ride much higher underway, but needs to be built as low as poss. to cater for all the booms etc.
