No air con option either.
I know there is a slight weight that's added but just don't see why it's not added/included.
If I was looking to buy new again air con would be on the list rather than sitting in an absolute sweat box with no way to circulate air.
Oddly enough I think the 2t sany has air con (not sure if standard) but it's not even an option on the 26u or even the latest 26c

Air con standard on the 26C

I don't really get the whole air con thing in a mini . I hate the windows shut so aside from the demisting the windscreen when it's raining I wouldn't want to have Aircon on- just more stuff to pay for and go wrong. Bigger machines fair enough but most jobs with a mini you in and out alot anyway so have the door open

Door open, screen up and both sides opened as far as they can and the 8026 is still a sweatbox when it's hot, no cold blower and nowhere to put a fan or at least fit my M18 one in

Oh yes I'm not denying it doesn't get a bit hot but on the other hand you'd only run Aircon if you had everything pretty much closed which isn't how how most of us would want to be in a mini🤔 some sort of fan would be better- mounted in the roof!

Funnily enough had a call today from a sany dealer, thought I seen someone in a post had said the micro was 12k? But was quoted 14.5k, can also confirm that none of the 2.6t have air con as standard or as an option

Have been in a brand new kx27-4 this week. Lovely smooth machine to operate and a few little changes from the old one - led lights and a heated rear screen with a wiper. I assume this and the one it has replaced are both standard hi-spec machines. Still has annoying niggles though, jerky track pedals, side window moves around on slopes if open, no cold blower. Major issue is if you get in and out of the machine a lot, when you jump back in if you press the aux button too soon it doesn't engage. Was in and out cutting and moving firewood today and it had me about 30 times. Also the seat belt is high vis and so is the hitch. I'm not a fan of the bright colours and I don't really care for working anywhere where I wouldn't be trusted to put my seatbelt on when it's sensible to do so..

I heard on the grapevine that they are bringing out a replacement, no idea if that's true. Anyone know?

The blower is the same on the Takeuchi TB230 (ridiculous idea, hot air or nothing!) - next time I’m in the market for this size machine AC will be at the very top of my list of requirements.

Also I had a few more quotes for machines. A nice sounding Wacker neuson ez26-2 for 32k, high spec but no air con. From what other people have said it's probably a bit tippy.

Interestingly a doosan dx27-7k was priced at 30.5k including air con, twin aux, hyd hitch and 3 buckets.

Cat was eye watering as expected, but interestingly had a quote for a new cat tilt rotator too, I hadn't realised they were making them now.

Yeah Wacker ez26 is tippy but gutsy. Very well built machine though. That Kubota having to activate hydraulics every time you get in sounds like a right pain in the arse- I couldn't own that

I think the develon is the cheapest mainstream machine with AC few months back it was just under 30k.
I can just squeeze my Milwaukee fan between the seat and rear window on my 8026 it's not great but at least it blows some air around the cab.
Neither of the sany 2.6t have ac, it's an option on the JCB 26c but knocks it north of 30k if specified
