Turned out he’d got the postcode 1 didgit wrong but was the same property name… not sure I would of taken it anyway

Yeah I thought so too, retirement sales are normally the best ones… sometimes they can be just aload of crap which has been used well beyond its life worthiness because they have hung on far too long.
