if it was the one at Barnsey's the inquest write up is in here some where - remember posting it - was more a case of bad luck than anything else :(

the guy in that video was very lucky, i sent it on to my mate as he occasionally loads his kubota micro on to his transit tipper, although he has 3m (probably longer as they just fit in the bed) and does have a pin clip in each one. hard to tell from the video but looked like they were just on the tailgate, my mates have a fairly decent flat pad at the end so the do span over the actual bed by a little but. I still wouldnt fancy it the brian james tipper at times is crap to get up and thats only around 700mm from the ground to top of bed

some pretty fair woopsies in this short
1, 3 and 8 are my faves :oops: looks like the hoist lines failed in 3 and 8
that hook block sure came back up a long way in 5 on that crawler
and God knows what happened in 9 ... looked like it exploded :unsure:o_O:oops:
6 is a Grove TMS475 LP 45 tonner, with extending tail weight and double extending outriggers like I used to run - mentioned elsewhere today :rolleyes::giggle:
