The place we when to for driver cpc was saying a window opens at a set time/day every week, and they have to scramble to book the slots they need, or hope they will need, many weeks later.

and put fines in place for none attendance of a booked test without a valid reason. soon slow down these people block booking

I think that all sounds pretty reasonable and should cut the amount of people in management positions. I don't mean police related atal. Entirely the office hand holding brigade that interfere with policing.
