For amusement, I did.
It's not so easy as the nearest airport is mostly for evacuating broken skiers and can't land a private jet.
Going by the increased traffic to Zurich and StMoritz (etc.), it's somewhere on the high side of 700

We are lucky enough to be under the business rates threshold. 8% of my turnover would be door closing time . It’s my wage + divs x 1.5%

This is an issue that has all ready seen rents rocket around here. We have 6 rentals in a Ltd Co and another one 50% in personnel ownership.
If you all ready have long term good tenants it is not an issue, but, when they go you really need to think hard about how you let in next!

Just re-letting mine after first tenants left 8months in. House will get anything required when it needs it, and in return hopefully the new tenants will look after it. As usual it’s the minority that spoil it for the majority.

"Adebanjo Adebayo Talabi, the director of Bebo Construction Limited, has received a suspended prison sentence, a community service order and a six-year director ban after pleading guilty to three counts of fraud by false representation.
During the pandemic, Talabi submitted three claims for Covid Bounce Back Loans totalling £150,000 by exaggerating his company’s turnover

Based on its actual turnover, the company would have been entitled to one loan of approximately £1,300. "

got off waaay too light

" During sentencing, it was noted that Talabi has begun to repay the money owed and, as such, the Insolvency Service will not be pursuing action under the Proceeds of Crime Act. " joke ... pound a week, I'll bet
