I have the red master key. And two sets of normal keys with the black chip key thing you press into the slot. It’s supposed to make the blinking red
Light go on constantly then the hydraulics are unlocked. Yesterday it took five minutes of trying. Today more like ten minutes. So it’s getting worse. Engine starts no problem. Any ideas? Based in Leicester.

i have swapped over to the other set of keys, and that seems to work fine - must be the black key chip thing and not the unit built into the machine....lucky

It’s what I do!
Glad it worked.👍🏻
Just a note, don't think anyone's ignoring you or being unhelpful but for obvious reasons a new poster asking about immobilisers isn't going to get an instant response .
It has been known that helpers get a good telling off, talking about ways around immobilisers🤭

Ok thanks. I did one other post on her last year about my tracks and idler wheel. I also have the originals receipt of the machine when I bought it from Shellplant about six years ago. Don’t know if that helps.
So today it took ages again with both keys trying before the light stayed on and the hydraulics unlocked. Any suggestions ?

check all of your earth points to the dash area thoroughly (as in give 'em all a good clean)
