ex MOD/Withams probably @pettsy ... have seen them before and the one pic is deffo Witham's .... a lot of gear for the bucks, but sadly air braked, so commercial tow only and way too heavy to haul behind that car
unbraked ..with the chambers wound off .. would need more space than I have to use them in and a concrete/etc. floor, to run 'em around on ..... Price is reasonable for them and if you had the application/use, they'd be a good value buy ..... worth that in bits alone 
.... once perhaps Alex ... when I had a workshop and a yard full of all sorts .... make a hell of a flat bed drag, with a few mods and a suitable 'flat' ........... presumably they'd be rated at the full 20t? ... tyres might complain though

Yea you would be well away at £1500 for fitting.... depending of course were in the world you are. I'm thinking that one was fitted in the latter part off 2018 so cant be much more than a year old. The reserve is low... if it dont go up much it will be a bargain for someone.... be interesting to see the interest/final price on something like this at an auction.
