Should have been fined the overall cost of all the damage/new tractor/everyone’s processions / houses etc!!

That puts that to bed.
Hardly much of a deterrent to drug driving is it...
How the heck no one was killed.

And that FT was moving 😬
200 hours of unpaid work is going to give you time to think about it, and he’ll be having fun getting insurance when he gets back on the road in 16months time ..
Not sure putting anyone in prison for traffic offences is logical, just keep the fuckers off the road.
I’d like to see a system where his licence is completely taken and he has to pass a new test after a min 2 year break.. and then is on a probation for another 2 years or so (max 6 points etc). That might make the roads safer. Dick can get the bus or ride a bike for a while and think about his actions .

Test retake for a ban should be compulsory! I don’t understand why it isn’t already a thing!?
By all accounts community service is a very frustrating thing to undertake. A friend had to do 250hrs, took him forever as they don’t just crack on and do 10hr days, you can tick off 4 hrs a day if your lucky by time they have buggered around and taken overlong breaks etc!

Yes and no...but there's driving offences and then there's driving under the influences of an illegal drug.... Absolute miracle no one was killed.
Sick and tired of smelling weed coming out of van windows

Like said we are the 1s then that foot the bill for all of it from the court to the hikes in insurance etc. Wonder if the insurance will go after him personally
