Been over a few times last few years and seen them in progress from hamburg down to Munich!
Some pretty interesting engineering a lot are post war and I think it's like 1in 3 needed replacing!
Traffic can be dire tho!

if it's anything like the issues here with spalling concrete/rotting re-bar, it's a major problem
been working on the Hammersmith flyover for decades apparently, to name but one
bet there's a few running into Brum with similar problems
all getting pretty ancient now
water ingress is the killer
