Hi
Can anyone please help with this. I have a 2006 Thwaites M201 high lift dumper its fitted with a 3 cylinder Yanmar engine
It has been standing for a few years . I replace most of the fuel pipes and filters new battery etc Just to try and get it running again
After some time it fired into life But it only runs flat out ?? if i cut the power to the fuel pump it stops so i am thinking its some thing to do with the pump
is there some way of checking the pump or is there something i could try to do with the pump in place or does it have to be removed Thanks for any help on this

rack is stuck in the open position ... could try a few gentle taps to the body with a small (pin/toffee) sized hammer and see if it breaks free - but don't get too enthusiastic with the knockometer

and welcome to the font of all knowledge that is Plant talk :giggle::giggle:

Heating the outside of the pump may get the rack to move, kettle of hot water, hot air gun, blow torch etc.

It’s what I do!
Remove the two stop solenoid bolts take the solenoid out of the back of the pump and run it
