Those 2 ton dumpers are flippin ace though because they fit in an ifor 1054 and will actually follow where a 3 ton digger can go width wise. Looks straight with good tires so would say £4k is a million miles off if it's all in GWO.
No - he had just sold it to someone else for 10K.. not me sadly! And he has always towed it everywhere.. we are in Devon dont forget! ( I realise my original wording a little ambiguous 0 have edited)

I think @Gunners had one on demo or hire recently. Did seem to handle a buoy bag very well!! Just hope it doesn’t have the usual JCB faff of trying to get diesel into it!!
Lift sheet says 650kg at far reach with blade down. That's impressive if that's the case. Looks like with the additional counterweight there's a fair slab of steel behind it for over the side work too
They wanted over 36k when I enquired.
Assuming that was with the twin lines etc. still expensive they are saying £30k on the JCB website..
Thats certainly a good lift and better than my TB228 tbh but you do wonder the more a machine can lift like that inevitably the machine gets pushed to the max and the longevity of slew/kingpost etc..
