Waste Disposal (Cornwall)

Chap I know up from up north that does a lot of commercial fuel tank work is coming down to Cornwall soon to decommission a BIG plant room. There will be 3000 liters of coolant from the Diesel Generator to dispose of, and he doesn't want to haul it back up north. Any suggestions? He is keen to maintain a paper trail and do things correctly.

I was hoping for a sensible answer! Although to be fair 3000l of coolant isnt going to make Newquay any more of a shithole than it actually is already.

Should be some sort of king pong vac truck company but wouldn't imagine it being cheap.
