Only time I've had something fall off the end is when the labourer has done it. Yes I should of checked but he'd done it 5 or 6 times a day for the 9 weeks I'd been on hire to them at that point.

TBH I don't think that is overly cheap for what is after all the smallest, most basic of basics bit of kit.
virtually nothing to it ... and deffo nothing techy ... just mechanical components ...
pitch that a grand or so cheaper and they would not be able to keep up with demand and still turn a very handsome profit.

You would have to explore the cost to add hyd hitch minimum before you pulled trigger, grab if you only did a bit you could rob tilt couldn't you.

no -- there's no rotary coupling - would be wiser to rob rotate, thus preventing you winding up hoses
same sort of day here -- just waiting for it come round a bit and 'air' me patch
