Barford 1995 SX5000 dumper no forward drive

Looking for some expert help with my dumper that now has no forward drive, relays have been changed new directional solenoid valve fitted F-N-R lever disconnected and still will operate only in reverse. no idea where to look next?

sounds like it is 'mechanically stuck' in reverse

Might be mechanically broken in forwards

If it has the "International Transmission" made by a well known consruction plant company .....four speed gearbox,torque converter, shuttle box then the weaknesses were spline failure in the shuttle pack and plastic parts also in the shuttle pack deforming and sticking.
The good news is they are a relatively straightforward box to disassemble and rebuild

Presumably you've also tried swapping the plugs over on the shuttle solenoids ? .....

Yep and changed all relays

Thanks for this, sounds like this is the problem. Plastic parts probably deformed when thrashing the granny out of it to get it out of bog marsh it was stuck in
