JCB will not start

Hi to all members, I have a JCB 3x it has had a new gasket ,new injectors and the diesel pump serviced an tested,
but it will only run with easy start sop spraying the easy start and it stops any ideas that could help me please

What's the compression like, using ezee start or start ya cnut is bad for compression.
If you do a dry test then add a little oil in the bore and try again and compare the results

what injector pump has it got, i've had some with a diaphragm in them and if you pull the stop lever too much it gets stuck open and willnever start except with east s**t. whip the end of the pump off and check the rack is moving freely and if there is a rubber bit in it, make sure it is able to move and is not split.
