Can they be retrospectivly fitted? If so how much brickwork can you take out in one go using strong boys and acrows?

piss poor that water is getting in the cavity ,if the tray was missing it would piss water down the cavity straight into the house,if not enough vents drill a few perps out

Depends on the ext skin I guessthey shouldnt tho ,
Must be a fault somewhere, maybe the roof is leaking, trays are a last line of defense and more of a precaution.One house is dry but the other (two semi's) was wet by the cavity in the rain yesterday.
