Nah, you get used to it. Coming off is a different story- I do that bit over the break over point standing on the blade!

My E10 is even legal on my steel bodied LDV tipper.

Bought these to use when I had my tipper. The pic was taken when they had just arrived and on a slope, they were fine to go up just the tip point that was a bit unnerving until used to it.

They look good, don't suppose you have a link to where they came from? Or the makers name and specs? Thanks.

When I got my flatbed last year I moved the micro/tracked dumper/mini loader with it all the time, but I was only using borrowed ramps and they had to go back. Need some of my own as its so convenient but they're not cheap...

Shiny wet steel bed in IW tipper slippy enough. Ally ramps as well which nice N light but also slippy in wet.
You don't have to tip them up that Much to make a big difference. Certainly not enough for a machine to slide on.

I should actually stick mine up for sale considering I no longer have the truck I used them with!

I hear you but it really doesn’t do the bed pivot points any favours having 1.2t wiggle about on it tipped up. Personally I avoid it.

I think the most important thing for me is to lock the ramps securely with a pin through them.

Deffo have a pin through them, suicidal not to. And depending how you use your tipper I can't see it being any worse than the repeated shunts to dislodge stuff out the bed with it tipped up

It's cheating when your bed removable
reminds me of a story Rob Taylor related many years ago ..
plod attending a bridge hit with a roro skip ....
says to driver didn't you measure it once loaded -- driver says
" yeh, hopped up on the side and measured it to the floor from highest point "
copper says
" Hopped up onto the side board! FFS !?? ... you a kangaroo or what, must be ten feet up there easy ? "
" Driver says nah, was only 3 ft with the skip on the floor
" :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
