yeh, but they'd all need to be perfectly bang on level and the ground prep around them'd need to be bloody good to prevent point/stress loading and possible cracking

and this is a box ticking bullsh1t exercise 👇👇👇

These have been around a while, not sure what this system is doing that's new. I can definitely see the argument for a beam that's been fixed, shuttered and poured in a factory setting rather than on a wet muddy site (less chance of concrete being pissed up, bad steel fixing, poor cover on bars etc.)

I don't see what the ground prep has to do with it? I'd be more interested to know how they pack up to level/grout void off of the cropped piles. And how they connect the beams at joints.

Seems like a better way of getting a heave void than using cellcore too.

presumably those joints are all cast in situ? ..... looks a bit more like it
now all they have to do is cast the piles 3 (or more) feet higher and flood plain building is dealt with .. nice breathable void under the house . job done (y)

I don't see why the ground prep would need to be good. The whole idea of a pile is to transfer loading deep in to the ground. As for finish height of pipes you could trowel them off with a laser level or there are pipe saws available that would cut them pretty accurately. Could also use driven piles instead of concrete.
