TBF i went to 2 charging stations and one was out of order, the other one said working on the app.
Got there and there were concrete plinths with coming soon signs...
Charging network is a nightmare..RANGE ANXIETY is real..

Mines no hassle , charges in 5 minutes at any "charger" some are quicker but even a bad ones only 6 minutes. Does 400 miles on a "charge" no bad weather issues. Tows 3.5t and the ...best bit overtakes Tesla's doing their thing in the 2nd lane

Head into Tebay services, they have loads of chargers.

Stopped in Tebay services on way home on Sunday. 11.45 and had a full roast dinner.
Didnt charge here as left Workington with a fair bit of charge and did a quick boost near Stafford in a regular Roadchef.
Not too bad a journey TBF but whats it like in the week??
Guy next to me in chargers was an engineer in a transit.He said he charges 4 times a day most days..
So 4x hours charging out of the working day and he now does overtime to do the same amount of work.
Wheres the money come from for this nonsence?

I think it is the best services. I stay there at least two nights a month. Food is so much better than the normal services muck and the hotel is good.

Other than recreational vehicles, ev's just don't work. Been a couple of tests to do John o groats to lands end, a taycan Vs an old 320d, taycan was double the cost and 4.5 hours later but would have been several hours if the BMW didn't wait around each day for them both to leave full of diesel and charge
