Time spent on a breaker

So, Quick question for you guys as I am sure some of you will have a good idea.

What are we looking at as a guide to time spent on a breaker throughout the day, is there a max amount on a machine?

Have a man at work stuck on the breaker for the past few days and there isn't a lot between you and that point on smaller machines.
We have a cabless 1.7 with a pecker and I imagine over the course of the day we are over enceeding any recommendations so I just wondered if anyone had some helpful advice.

Noise you can mitigate against, I'd imagined he was more worried about vibes.

they are designed for it. I think it can make your hydraulic oil a little worn out and hot

Guessing your concerned about the operator vibration. like doobin said? Cant help with times, but if your worried, perhaps get one of those wrist monitors and see when it goes from there? They must be fairy accurate as I know some lads have been told by their supervisor to only wear them when on tools, not when they are driving the van etc, as they where recording extra vibration time, kind of defeats the idea of it all really

I think some of that is there where lads turning them on in the van and attaching it to certain places so they would reach there limit early and have an easy day
Besides havs shouldn't matter as I thought the standard operating procedure for a breaker is foot on the peddle hands on phone, cigarette or finger up nose

The bloke who was telling me is genuine bloke, and no reason to doubt him, but you never know!
Guess you might get a bit more vibe on a 1.7t than a 210? Or more jolting when it broke through perhaps? but as you`ve said. unlikely enough to get to daily limits.

We have defenders for the noise at least but the vibrations was the bit that was worrying me rather in all honest on that little machine.
