They are bales. Just bagged for the equine community. So it could be ag if the unimog was also involved in the production of the bales.

You are allowed to deliver products that you have produced on farm with tractor and trailer. Doesn't matter whether it's bales for equine use or a trailer load of wheat. It's perfectly legal and can be done on red diesel.
