17k last I heard. Doosan version poss cheaper., heard 16.5k for that.

Time for a ring around. Dealers are getting hungry for sure.
18k with 3 buckets and QH last I heard. I like Orange though so if I ever swap out I might go Doosan. Plenty of good machines around for 11K upwards without too many hours? Bobact still running finance I think?

my idea of a 911 turbo s porker, paperworked as a van didn't pass the accountants smell test to lose a bit of tax so looking at a little digger to be moved on once its earned its tax back.

What the prices like at moment ? down/up any deals out there ?
Boots and a shovel in the porshe how can they argue! When I 1st went on site I used to think it would be cool to turn up in a lambo ferrari etc grab my tools and do a days work, just to see peoples reactions

I went to a local high school to give them a quote to remove a few trees as they wanted to put a new footpath across a muddy area the kids were using as a cut-through. Whilst I was there with the maintenance manager a new bright orange Porsche turned up - the driver gets out in a hi-viz jacket, said his hellos and then popped the front bonnet to get his measuring wheel out. Turns out he’s the local tarmacing contractor and this is what he goes quoting in! (I’ve seen luminous lambos and pimped out range rovers in his yard too!)
He got the work as far as I know and I have to say I was impressed by his lack of giving a f**k!
@DaveDCB - bottom of Kelsall hill if you know him?

A local developer has this Aston Martin, turns up on site in muddy boots etc. Im told he doesn’t bother, will collect materials etc with it if needed!

Something about tarmaccers. Our local one bought the ganger a brand new range rover. The whole gang bundle in it to get to site. Tools in the boot towing a roller. The cream interior is no longer cream.
