I don't get not mowing verges, there are 10's of thousands of acres of land out there for birds bees and the like, 2 foot of verge right next to moving traffic and people isn't going to make a blind bit of difference, in fact if you logically think about it, it probably kills more wildlife as they encroach into traffic and get cleaned up, my car in late spring looks like a massacre scene from bug's life with the amount of dead bugs bee's and badgers on there, more so over the last few years.
I had a back and forth with the local council about a byway I use regularly for mtb riding, in the middle of the countryside surrounded by fields and woodland. It used to be over 8ft wide 3-4 years ago, but last year it was barely rideable. So I emailed asking them to sort it out as it was their byway.
Council kept using the no mowing no hedge cutting excuse for months, until I sent them an invoice for £150 worth of mountain bike shorts and tops all ripped on brambles and photos of lacerations on my hands and legs, a week later there was a crew there cutting back and clearing, they had an "exemption"

But this is the trouble with a tiltrotator. Plenty will put a standard 3 tonner out there for £300 a day. And just thinking of some of the jobs I've been on recently a tiltrotator would make very little difference to productivity. So what do you do? Price yourself higher to justify the tilty and possibly lose out on a lot of work or chuck the tilty in for "free" . Price work is probably where it's at for tilty work I reckon and the right kind of work at that.

The backhoe didn’t make much mess. Until I drove forward with the jacks down. Still very much a novice 🤦‍♂️🤣

Ran a lead out from the house for some lunch.

If you do ...go and see Rob D and get a panther 👍 they are still a pita compared to bandsaw but sometimes it's your only option without spending big bucks ....
