Mit der Entwicklung des Radladers B 16 mit 160 PS im August 1965 wurde der Grundstock für eine neue Reihe von 6 Ladegeräten im Leistungsbereich von 60 bis 260 PS gelegt. Bei den grösseren Fahrzeugen stellte sich heraus, dass der Einschlagwinkel der Lenkräder aus konstruktiven Gründen nicht so gross sein konnte, wie es für eine gute Manövrierfähigkeit erforderlich gewesen wäre. Deshalb führte Hanomag bei dem B 16 (später B 18 C) mit Beginn der Serienfertigung ab September 1968 erstmalig die Knicklenkung ein.

as you well know, more than a fan, I'm a fan of Hanomag, would anyone have photos or information on these machines, I posted the photos, I think with a 3 cubic meter bucket and a weight of about eighteen and twenty tons, I think they were Hanomag MF massey and ferguson, I don't know exactly the chronology of the succession of the brands today I know very well that they have been absorbed by the Japanese giant Komatsu, thanks regards

when I was a kid I had a Hannomag Henschel model which had a turntable under the loader arms and could tip either side up to 90 deg.s ... have seen pix of the real thing, but must've been exciting over the side with a full bucket

Back in the 1970's Hannomag had a tie up with MF and there were Hanomag Bulldozers and Loading shovels badged as massey Ferguson, I will have a hunt through my folders as i am pretty sure i have all of the MF brochures here.

There were also wheeled and tracked excavators, and some dozers and tracked loaders made by Hanomag and badged as Massey.

thanks for your collaboration I knew the C, d, E and I think L series then they took the Komatsu brand the largest wheel loader I think was the 70 E and the 77 c-d they created a 5 cubic meter 80 E prototype which never went into production of the old wheel loaders with rigid frame and rear steering axle type A or B series, I don't know the models online, there are no matches, thanks, regards

I had a 33c was a pig of a thing to reverse the cab was on the front part in front of the pivot so when reversing didn’t know which way the tail was pointing so always looking over your shoulder

International and JCB used to have the cab on the front half. I had a bit of time on a JCB with a push plate in place of the bucket at British Sugar pushing sugar beet into the flumes. Like you say, a sod to reverse until you got used to it.

The early articulated Volvos were far ahead of any of them in terms of operation and cab comfort.

:incerto::incerto::fischio::caffè:many criticized the position of the driver's cab on the front castle also dresser international I think, cat I don't remember however an acquaintance of mine had a 66d before the 55c and 44 hanomag and he extracted gravel from the river bed it was a sight to see those trucks ready to be loaded it was an exceptional car for its times
