Yes it was the larger model. Price tag is high on them you’re right but so is the avant/MultiOnes I guess depending on size and options.

if you have a job for any of them, they soon change the way you work and can work. But unfortunately no machine can do everything.

However a set of tracks on an avant…. Now your talking?!?!?

I think they look really good but those sort of things are more like 900mm wide.
I think my next big purchase would be a mini loader but probably more like doobins, wheels and close as possible to 700mm wide.
That is unless a nice sub 3000h tb016 comes up at a pre pandemic price.

I dunno. I've said it before- I can't see the point of tracks over wheels on a loader. They are way slower and also pricier- and if the ground is that bad, you'd be better off using a tracked dumper to shift the muck if that's the job. Wheeled loaders excel at a multitude of tasks- but all tasks that you wouldn't undertake if the ground was that bad as far as I can see. If it's proper muddy then I'd much rather park a 360 and use the slew.

Especially with machines the size of that DitchWitch. It's big enough to trash a garden, will make a right mess on turf, but doesn't lift much. I'd rather sneak in with the Sherpa on turf tyres and make a couple of extra runs.

I forgot to post day two of this job! Here you go. Loader operator self loading and dealing with all rubbish leaving me on the digger free to abuse both it and the chainsaw.

This job made me £2400 profit in two days after paying the labour. Quoted at a fair market rate with the access considerations etc.
