Nt and these agencies have a lot to answer for. I'm all for the environment but everything should be in balance
hell of a lot of NT properties being taken off long standing tenants, in the name of re-wilding, either by massively increasing rentals, or diktats over WTF they can or can not do on the farms they have run, often for decades ..... move over for trees, basically.

There’s a bloke on the farm forum that’s got a legal battle against Natural England, over a scheme that had expired!

Didn't work so well for them in Cumbria when they were well into the process of getting rid of their tenant farmers and their pesky sheep to make way for lovely countryside and profitable rental properties.
All going to plan until they realised that all of the property that Beatrix Potter left them was conditional on her beloved sheep remaining on the fells 🤣
