Skyjack SJ6832RT sluggish drive..

Hi we have a skyjack SJ6832RT that has sluggish drive.. mainly shows up when on rougher ground and when the platform is raised past to speed cut back switch it struggles to drive.. we have changed many parts as the original fault was a failed needle bearing in the front left hand drive motor.. we have changed all motors as there was bearing material in all motors.. plus changed many other parts due to contamination

Contamination in the hydraulic oil from bearing failure?
It could be jamming the valve that controls the lower speed when raised, oil bypassing so less pressure and flow to wheel motors.
