JCB issue

Hello everyone! I'm happy to be a member of PlantTalk Any Help would be great and very much appreciated we have JCB model 537 manufacturer year 2001 we have problem in transmission I need electric and Hydraulic Schematic for the machine to solve the problem .

I think that is the cab serial plate, not the chassis plate!

What’s the problem?

The machine stop moving forward and reverse after about 5 minutes . there is a lamp appears when I start up the machine as in attached picture .

I ask what is the first step can l do to solve this problem in this machine .so I don't have a Maintenance manual.

Check transmission oil level! ATF, are there any leaks underneath?
(I did have one of these once, brand new from the factory and the gearbox bung had fallen out! It’s 1/2” BSP so had something on the van I could bodge together to get it moving)

There is no leaks and I changed the oil and filter recently

how soon will it move again? My first uneducated thoughts are it’s getting too hot… i.e a cooling issue maybe?

I’d say look at the cooling system, clean radiators? Thermostat working? Coolant clean/topped up? Fan operational etc.

buy one from JCB

the guys are asking about your cooling system as it is all related .... your oil cooler also needs to be clean and free flowing cooling air .. but if your ambient is in the 40,s it is even more important ... from what you say it all points to overheating in the transmission, especially when you have a tranny light on warning of low pressure ... if the oil is overheating it'll be like water

I posted earlier There is no leaks and I changed the oil and filter recently .is the Hot climate directly affects the oil ?
