was just about to say the same thing ... serial plate has been doctored and the wear in it said a hell of a lot more hours than the clock did ... there was a video with it last time .... pretty sure this is the same mob .. different dept.

all this said Chris .......if I were local-ish to it, I would certainly go give it the fine tooth comb, at that price ... .... but i would want to spend as much time as it took to satisfy myself, before parting with a sheckle ..... it's a lot of machine for the money if it's any good ....
