I know the weather in Western Europe is very very hot. Temperature can reach 40℃. o_O How about it in United Kingdom?

Up north in Speyside we are scoring with the fine weather, although I hear some south of the boarder are get flash floods 😯

been bloody hot here last week 33C Monday, 38C Thursday ..... damned near put the heating on last night :eek: :cry: very wet day and cold with it :( .... rest of the week is supposed to be 20 to 25C ?? we'll know when it gets here :giggle:

I’m in Germany just now, that 41c was not fun when staying in a caravan 🥵 Where about were you? We’re on the edge of the Black Forest.

bloody long way from home though.. for me anyway :cry: think shipping'd put it out the ball park :( .... tidy though and has everything with it, which seems to be a rare occurrence these days ..... HTF do you lose an 18" four jaw chuck FFS ... so few machines have 'em with them :mad:

I don’t know him but a quick look on Facebook shows we have one mutual friend. I could certainly have a look if you wanted, wouldn’t have a clue if it was good or not though 😂

Hi Jimbo,We where in Nierstien,right on the rhine which was handy for a dip to cool off,.Right in the wine growing area.Quite often go to the wine fests,must go to an oktober fest one year they look fun:giggle:

yes as said ... a very beautiful part of the world(y) .... long time since I was last there though, sadly:(
the lathe looks real nice and is well kitted, but sadly it's pushing 500 miles away .... God knows what tranny'd cost :eek: it's pushing 3 tonnes from memory:cry:

22C this afternoon ... and a lot hotter near the bonfire that was tree branches earlier :giggle: ... Pam's been at it with the loppers :rolleyes:
been trying to rain all afternoon, but just the odd spot now and again ... forecast still grim from 2 a.m. on though 15mm+ :(

yeh ... only thing they've had set in stone is a wet wed.s :( .... but down graded from 30mm of the wet stuff (y)
