Htd5 is what I have been running for the best part of a year, previously it was barrows (the proper belle warrior barrows) and its been a brilliant asset. Undoubtedly better than wheel barrows. Just easier all round, labourer doesn't cry himself to sleep any more, sometimes he even gets to stay at home. With me on the digger i can hop off and do the dumping too. I've used it to shift soil within large gardens, and you can make a nice big pile, and also to load tt2515 tipper. Best way to load tipper I found is to go up ramps, then the final load or 2 use the high tip function. Also great when you need to move slabs or blocks or whatever material you're handling. Yes, there is a line where it's not worth bringing out, but it's not much.
I wish the htd5 was quieter, and faster. But for me I like how compact the machine is, and how little diesel it uses. Width is the usual indicator for access but I've found length to be a critical factor, htd5 seems the most nimble. Other machines look massive beside it!
