big landowners have served notice on the hill famers roundabouts, with hill rights for grazing, that they've all got to get off as they're gonna plant trees ..
for you know what
will make a lot of farms unviable

he really says it like it is and doesn't give two ****s about who he upsets .....
he is bang on
must spend most of his time researching his stuff
can't wait to see what he says about the above 'development'

Genuine question for the Welsh contingent.
How much does this kind of thing bother the average Welsh person??? Is there a large proportion that would like to see an independence referendum or is it a few shouting loudly ??
I understand a wish for independence but everything I see seems to point to the Welsh Government being even less qualified than Westminster to do anything.

As much as I am Welsh through and through these idiots are or have turned us into a 3rd world country. The only s**t they are pushing is net zero and trying to take away anything that people who actually work for a living have. I believe they are not fit to run the bath let alone a country.

Planting a decent tree stock isn't the worse thing in the world as long as some one has the sense to manage them. I doubt building will stop but the materials used will change and we currently import a lot of timber. It's a hell of a lot better than paving over the fields which is all they do in the southeast.

Although I do get it that they have entirely the wrong motivation behind the tree planting.
