Highlights the naivety of the public body workers that dealt with this . It should be investigated to conclude was it just pure naievity on their behalf being played by sharp businessmen or were they also on the make .

Go to laugh
's a bloody joke ... everything else in Wales is bi-lingual .. so should this be .... timed to 'cover' a massive policy change on the BBNP's part .. "good day to bury bad news" moment .. no one took any notice of the real story ... complete policy U turns in a lot of aspects of their remit.

Regardless of your national pride, surely any amount of common sense dictates that changing hundreds of signs and all other associated stuff is not a sensible use of public funds.

Having a new sign done in dual language can't add to much but taking down perfectly usable signs is wasteful. And I have no doubt it will mean throwing away lots of tourist information, any labeled uniforms. The branded souvenirs. And plenty of other stuff.
Wales seems intent on pissing money up the wall.

compared to what Caerdiff airport has cost the Welsh taxpayer that's a drop in the ocean .... currently standing at circa 85 million quid and rising ... has lost money hand over fist since it was 'bought' by the Senedd ... close the bloody thing and have done 🤬 🤬 🤬

see on the news there was a spate of car burnings elsewhere over the weekend ... 13 random vehicles in all, in Wimborne
looking at the pix of those cars, I'd say they'd poured petrol into the heater air intakes and dropped a match into them ... all frontal damage to start with
