well in that case they'd already been shipped to screwfix, Aber. branch, so presumably Makita's box was suitably marked ... just had to take the black poly bag and three layers of bubble wrap off and they'd have seen 'em

Some undeclared batteries caused a major fire inside a cargo plane a few years ago and brought it down. Had they known about the batteries they was different procedures for where they were placed on board and making people aware.
