Auction watch

I don’t know if it’s just because of the last few years price hikes , but it feels like everything is getting much less expensive? I appreciate it’s a Big auction again, which is bound to stop the silly prices.
But new 13tons at 60k? May well be imports but that’s not bad money is it? Plus fees I know!
Telehandlers finally have hit the wall too it seems?

Just had a look through the smaller 6-8t kit and agreed looks to be some cheap kit gone through.

I would think if contact could be made a more acceptable deal could be done, that price is just to cover fees in case someone hits the buy it now 🤫

probably, but no way would I be flogging that through ebay ... if someone bought it B.I.N., it'd suddenly become stolen/unavailable ... you'd have all the contact info. (if they hadn't already made contact), from the B.I.N. notification and deal off 'bay ;) ... dare say 7.5-8k'd buy it

25% buyer's premium FFS
I read that as a deposit, not a premium. It took a while to find...
Buyers will pay a Buyer`s premium of 10%, 15% or 20% (as displayed on www.bpiauctions.com sale details page or in the catalogue) (plus VAT)
But interestingly.... A surcharge of 2% is applicable for credit card transactions
From the gov website
The ban on credit and debit card surcharges is effective across the EU from Saturday 13th January 2018, and will apply to all purchases made where the banks of the consumer and retailer are within the EEA. In the vast majority of other circumstances surcharges are capped at the cost to the retailer for processing the payment. The UK Government took the decision to also include other payment methods such as PayPal in the ban to further protect consumers.
