Something that puzzles me is so many of the independent BC out fits that inspect on behalf of a warranty provider are happy for you to just submit photo's maybe after a initial visit if you're lucky, to a large foundation that's being dug and poured over a period of days, the photos are never reviewed before you pour the next section, what happens if the section of foundation in a particular picture is unacceptable? Or do they just sit on it and use it as a excuse to void the warranty cover in the future?
But who sends photos of the bad stuff??
I'm sure everyone becomes very artistic with there camera angles before they go to b.c.
