Just came across this one on Mascus, Based on a Nuffield tractor, Interesting backhoe dipper ram configuration.

the bottom (horizontal) link seems to be adjustable.
Best guess is you set the working depth and the linkage compensated to give you a flat bottom

Looks fun to drive up the road. Front tyres won’t wear out very quickly.

There are more pictures on Mascus, One picture shows a metal rack with what looks like wheel weights for the front wheels, I guess it would be like driving an old JCB 3D or hydra digga on the road - very slowly!!
