Yes had the extra weight on.
At that point it was on the tipping point.
Not sure what the r1 and bucket weigh but would guess 140kg ish.
It was the same out front but kept the blade up so that would increase a fairbit I think

So 200kg plus the 212kg load. Yeah that's a fair weight out at far stretch to be fair, quite impressive for a zero- unless it was pointing uphil. My tb125 will just start to tip with bucket and thumb when I pick up the postknocker(350kg) on a strop at full stretch. So perhaps 480kg all in.

My EZ28 was a decent wee machine and I'd have another.... might go that way when the new model is out

Its a gamble. In my experience replacement models aren't always better!

There's also the ET24 which initially attracted me. Must say it would be nice to have a digger (2.3ton) that you can tow with all the bits and bobs, riddle bucket, thumb, set of buckets and not feel your either way over weight or pushing the tow vehicle to within an inch of its life.

Yeah I don’t think u get a 26 in D series. It’s a cx25D. C is a good enough machine aswell. I have a 37c and 19c both Hyundai build. I like them ok. Really interested in a cx12D at the minute. Would like to change my airman to something with arm rest levers and would like to do it now when I can make use of the 130% tax relief on new machinery. But my dealer can’t get one until may and the tax relief ends in March. So might have to look at bobcat or takeuchi

can't you pay now, take delivery when it arrives ?? .. see the plant associations are looking for an extension on the 130% in the next budget

That was my thinking when I got my ET24.

Are you running 2.8t size buckets off your ET24. Dealer reckoned it handled them fine and what he normally sold them with.

Yes I think they are, the grader is a fair size. I had a S30-180 hydraulic hitch.
Mine was 24 ish, but that was ordered before covid, it got held up due to it, but they stood by their price.

Is yours got the aux hydraulics on a rocker switch on the joysticks or foot pedal? Must say I do like the look of them- does look more of a 1.8t on steroids Vs a few grand more for a 2.6-8t size machine but can't have it all. I like that it hasa proper undercarriage Tbh I reckon in 5 years of having the TB216 I've retracted the tracks less than 5 times. But many more times I've cursed it for not having better ground clearance.

Its got 4 line aux hydraulics, a roller on top of each stick, and flow control for each with a knob on the back of each joystick housing. The offset is on the foot pedal.

It also has a button on the front of the right stick, giving on/off full flow for a breaker regardless of the flow control knob.

I think ironically the 'cat' is actually a Wacker and the "Kobelco" is actually a Yanmar SV26 in blue .

Yes now looking at them the yanmar and kobelco do look the same, I always thought kobelco where still tied up making for new Holland.
And I think cat have taken there minis back in house haven't they ??

As for Cat, I know Wacker made their mini range for a while but think your right cat have started doing it themselves (in China?) The Wacker/Cat 2.4t has been dropped from Cats range now anyway. Think there's also some kind of Wacker/leibherr deal too. Crike it's worse than tractors- no idea what your really buying!

The Bobcat E27 comes in at 2549kg transport weight. Just calculated my normal transport setup:

Machine- 2549kg
Diesel- 30kg
Extra counterweight- 147kg
Hitch- 20kg
Grab- 90kg
Rotator- 30kg

Total- 2866kg. Payload on GH1054 is 2840kg.

I'm happy with that, if you want to be squeaky clean just chuck the attachment in the truck or run without the extra counterweight.

The new cat range definitely haven't been designed with the European market in mind having no 2.5-2.8t machine but the specs on the rest of the range as to what comes standard looks impressive. Auto idle and Aircon as standard on a 2t machine
