Seems very complicated for what it is. Unimogs have done similar for years on just an x frame and the hiabs jack legs. And the parcel lorries just use the air suspension to change bodies

Local concrete block manufacturer ran a few tippers back in the 80s with demountable cranes. Made everything a bit more flexible. They would sometimes swap the crane onto a 4 wheeler as it was only required for occasional block deliveries.
